Dr. Green obtained a Bachelor of Biomedical Sciences with first class honors at Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand, and his PhD in Molecular Genetics at Griffith University, Australia. He completed postdoctoral training at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Stanford School of Medicine, before becoming independent in 2014. He is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Lymphoma & Myeloma at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. His laboratory is focused on understanding the intersection between genetic, epigenetic and immunological factors in the development of B-cell malignancies and their response to therapies such as CAR T-cells.
